Äntligen! / Finally!

Igår fick Alex operera bort stiften de hade satt i armen, ca en månad tidigare än vad de först hade sagt, eftersom när de tog bort gipset såg att han inte kunde vrida på armen eller sträcka ut den riktigt pga att stiften tog emot. Men nu kan han röra fritt på armen utan smärta. Dock ska han ta det lugnt i tre veckor.. Inget klättrande!! ;D 

Alex had the studs in his arm removed yesterday, about a month earlier than first said because when they removed the plaster they saw that he couldn't twist or stretch his arm properly because of the studs. But he can now without any pains. But he has to take it easy for another three weeks.. No climbing!! ;D
