Det är när man får såhär vackra buketter och kort av gamla vårdtagare (kunder) när man slutar som man vet att man gör ett bra jobb! All slit, spring, ickebefintliga kisspauser, ickebefintliga kafferaster och möjligen missade lunchraster blir en aningen värt det! 

It's when you get such beautiful bouquets and cards (will translate) by your clients when you end your job that you know that you've done a good job! All the hard work, running, none existing pee breaks, none existing coffee breaks, possible missed lunch breaks will get a bit worth it!
